||I am looking for records of my Great Grandfather, Arthur William Rothery.
He was born in 1879 (some records say 1880) in Leeds, Yorkshire, England.
His parents were Arthur William Rothery (b. 1853, d. 1902) and Mary Sigston (b. 1846) He fought with the Hussars in the Boar War. In 1904 he married Beatrice College (b. 1879, d. 1920), they had 3 daughters Beatice Mary, Alice Irene (my Grandmother) and Eva.
After this he left his family and I have been unable to find any record of him in a census after 1881, or a record of his death. If anyone has any information, or suggestion of where to look next then I would be very grateful.
